1. Cancellation Period: Customers are entitled to cancel their order within 30 days from receipt of order.

2. Eligibility for Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled only if the items have not been shipped or if they are not personalized or custom-made.

3. How to Cancel: Customers can cancel their orders by contacting our customer support team via email at info@finalextasy.com or by calling our helpline at 954-799-6813. Please provide your order number and reason for cancellation.

4. Subscription Policy: By placing your monthly recurring order of our product- you will be charged now and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to your transaction and a receipt after each successful transaction.
